Export Procedure
We always strive to make timely delivery of the best quality product at most competitive prices, to attain optimum customer satisfaction. Once you confirm an order with us :
- Emails or calls will be exchanged to specify details on quantity, packaging, shipping terms, payment terms, etc.
- Formal Letter of Offer will be shared.
- Formal Exchange visit(s), if necessary, will be arranged to negotiate final price, payment terms or factory tour.
- Post confirmation of order quantity & price, Proforma Invoice will be shared with the buyer.
- Buyer releases operative payment for Loading, Inland transportation, Taxes, Insurance(if Applicable) as well as Sea freight.
- Post payment confirmation, shipment will be initiated within 10 - 15 working days.
- Buyer will be sent the Bill of Lading via DHL after the product is loaded.
